Nice snake head I see a couple of theSe recently going for about 20 times the price of a micro, what's the difference when both are adult?? Any pics of large diplos

diplos have a slightly different pattern but are way smaller then the micros .diplos are from india and the micros are from tialand

Yeah Crazyfreak is totally right and Iv seen pics and vids of his they are sick man really big and healthy Snakeheads.
Diplo are also tropical compared to others from India either way both are beautiful and I cant wait for mine to get some size :)
 
What is the proper temp to keep Diplogramma ? the net has next to no info on this topic ?
 
I have been keeping mine at 83 to 84 and they are super healthy.
So that is a good temp to keep them ? I was told that they needed cooler water like Barca and Auranti ? 78 ?
 
They are a tropical species, care is not like auranti or barca.

The rivers auranti and barca come from are in the north of india with temps the vary seasonally from 17-24C (62-75c).

The waters in the area diplos come from is in the south of India and quite warm ranging from 27-30C ( 80-86f) depending on the season.

Thanks D.C always great info from you. I have them at 27 right now. I think that's good they seem happy and more energetic.
