Looks gachua , a clear full body shot would help confirm that because there are a few species who closley resemble gachua.
They do have bars at times but an individuals pattern & color is HIGHLY variable depending on mood and temperatures & time of year . They also have a very large natural range so there are also some differences depending on the locality.
For example These pics are the same fish he goes from looking almost like my bleheri to a solid dark grey/blue. with red trim ...
And here are some examples of his tankmate who's a sibling & has a diffrent set of colors . Her baring appears/disappears & goes from wide to narrow very rapidly the first 2 pics are only minutes apart....
She also darkens to a solid dark chocolate brown color as like the barring color above.
