They are fully subtropical. I believe that Inle Lake gets down as low as 13C. I can't do that in my house though.
This tank is always dirty. I don't do many water changes on it. Fortunately most of the debris collects behind the driftwood. I see lots of particles come out when they race back there.
 
I see. Thanks for the info, i guess i better put them back in the subtropical tank after this batch of babies.

Does yours dig alot?
 
Yes, they dig all the time. I gave up on planting in the substrate. All of the plants are anchored to the driftwood now.
 
Nice, thanks. I thought mine were the only one. My subtropical tank i plan to put htem in is a walstad tank with soil as the base, definitely rethinking haha.
