I have a group of eight 15 to 20 cm long lucia in an 1,6*0,5*0,5 m panoramic tankm (ca. 350 L). A pair has formed and they have already spawned (see my lucia thread).
I wouldnt say theay are inactive, they are just a shy species, using every possibility of cover. But when they grab fod they swimm fast like hell . The group is still together, and the parents did not the smallest injury to the others. They still act as a group. Perhaps this is what they do in their natural environment ??
The tank is totally stuffed with plants, and the fish show great colour.
