Test your water. If you have no ammonia or nitrites and nitrAtes are low, then you've got a disease on your hands. The odds are good that it's ammonia poisoning.

Oh, I see you have a 300g tank. Cool. I was picturing the usual asian cram job. Get us some pics and definitely post your water results.

i already transfer him on my 75gal quarantine tank.dang if you're on my situation you'll prefer euthanasia than trying cure him..im curing my snakehead for 3 months?i think my snakehead had a hard time for a couple of months i feel that im not a good aquarist

Don't give up now! But what are his water parameters? Ammonia?

all people have fish that die at some point in time, just try your best, learn some new things that will help you in the future, and move on :)

i think my ammonia and nitrates on my 300gal tank is too high coz' my substrate there are mixed natural river gravel plus additional corals because lack of gravel and on my trickle filter had corals too instead of ceramic rings and lava rocks the filtration system of his past 300gal tank is a combo of 4ft trickle filter and 2 eheim 2217's dang when i transfer him on my 75gal quarantine tank his tail, dorsal fins rotted and his eyes are sunk down on is skull he looks like an addict grrrrrrr

Your substrate has little influence on your cycling if your filtration is good. There is never any ammonia in any of my tanks, with or without substrate. How many filters are on your tank and what kind are they? This is most likely a filtration problem and you fish might recover on its own if you can improve your filtration. Maybe.

here are the filtration system of my approx 300gals 2 eheim 2217 4ft trickle filter and 1 sump overflow the pictures i will attached are the new set up for this tank and a full tank shot

Wow, guy. Nice filtration! So why are we reading positive for ammonia? Did you recently kill your bacteria with medication or untreated tap water?
