I've seen several dealers listing Channa sp. lal cheng / sp.assam as "Blue Bleheri" and then they'll list Channa Bleheri as "rainbow snakehead" which leads to confusion between the two species.
I also agree what you have is Channa sp. Assam, which is also called sp. lal Cheng
Still a very nice little snakehead species, Care is the same as bleheri .
The tank looks Great, very good work ! What temps are you keeping them at ?
nice progress in the tank, and as already said, la cheng / sp. Assam, and they are often mislabelled as "blue bleheri".
These are mouthbrooders, wereas REAL bleheri are surface breeders
Although not what you thought at first, its quite an active, attractive species that are pretty easy to care for.
Note that lal cheng are subtropical and will need cooler temps and a winter cooldown.
Good info in the sticky and other sources here. Several MFK members have posted their success in keeping and breeding these little beauties. Brucki comes to mind......

Very common for the 2 species to be confused and mislabeled, 25 is a bit warm though. As mentioned these are sub tropical species your going to run into health issues in the long run at those temps. For a "summer temp" that's not bad but long term you'll want to keep them lower if possible.
I'd suggest lowering those temps to down to 20-22 tops. My sub tropical Channa tanks go down to 16-18c for winters, 22-24 for the summer.
