Thanks, Joao. They now recognize me and come to the front begging for food when I approach. When I put my hand in the tank, they come over to investigate and bump me with their noses.

Yes, it would be nice if they could hit 16"+. The aggressive attitude does make up for the lack of size though.

Monsters are great but when it comes to Channa I like the dwarves, with species only it allows for more variety in less space!

Congrats on the new addition.

Yes, I feed pond snails to all of my dwarfs. The only one that won't eat them is C. Bankanensis. My cichlids and catfish eat them as well.
