Hi Zaidi (?),
very nice "maruloides" form - I like them very much, but unfortunatly they get to big for any of my tanks.
Are you sure with keeping maruloides? Possibly it could be the new described auroflammea or aurolineata (see here: https://biotaxa.org/Zootaxa/article/view/zootaxa.4514.4.7 or here: https://biotaxa.org/Zootaxa/article/view/zootaxa.4571.3.7)...

What tank setup do you have for them?

Regards,
Karsten
Hi Karsten
these are the Sumatra marulioides, precisely from Jambi. I happen to have a rather large tank measuring 300x100x80 cm. the maximum size of marulioides that I know is 75cm. The setup tank that I use is natural with a little bit of water plants and tannin from the terminalia catappa leaves to lower the pH.

Hello,
Hope everyone is doing well. I'm a snakehead keeper from Bangladesh and this species I got is possibly a new species of snakehead. this one is around 11.5inches at the moment but the locals told me that sometimes 20inch sized ones are found as well. Let me know what you guys think.
