I wanted to bump this because they're looking pretty good! Awesome setup. When I get my new place I'm setting up a tank for five or six of these.

What substrate/ferts are you using? What do you have for filtration?

the channa have beautiful colors not stressed, but they are still young, an aquarium channa should have lots of hiding, of plants, it is a predator stalking and likes to hide.
I am a beginner I did not really give a lesson on raising channa but I remain in the same spirit as when I was raising dendrobates recreate a little piece of nature
