Nice fish. Is he wild caught?
For food for my catfish, I like to use fillets of fresh fish. I normally use tilapia, trout, salmon, catfish or bass. I prefer to catch my own as its cheaper (and funner), but if I'm in a drought I'm not above going to the local supermarket and buying something to feed my fish. I just cut the fillets into bite sized chunks for the fish. Its best to use skin on fillets and leave the skin on your chunks, the skin contains many vitamins and nutrients that's absent from the meat.
If you feed your fish other fish that you caught from the wild, freeze the fillets before feeding them to your pet. This will kill any parasites it may contain.
If you feed trout or salmon, make sure you rinse it good once its thawed as it tends to be oily and might leave a residue on the surface of your water.
What is the setup this guy's in? Tank size, filtration?
Worms for a while then slowly switch to pellets. Chicxulubs way works too but pellets would be easier.
