Channel Cats! Lets post some pics

Nice cats everyone. I saw a tank of channels for sale at walmart recently and wanted to cry....

well wiskers jr. passed away cuz he decided to swim into the filter and died but bubbles has grown 3 inches since i got him and is 5-6 inches long now and very active

what do you guys feed your channels? ive never seen mine eat had him since spring

Mine love cut up market shrimp. I also feed bloodworms and Hikari Sinking Cichlid pellets. Some earthworms too when the grounds not frozen outside

Has anyone kept a yellow or flat head? I'd like to get a hold of one. Channels are awesome but I like the wider, flatter head

i wish i could get a flathead but anyway i feed my channels goldfish pellets,goldfish flakes,tropcial fish flakes, hikari carnivore pellets,shrimp pellets,minnows,guppies,worms,ext. lol they eat whatever i put in the aquarium

i kept one in my pool for a while before he went into my pond, feed him bluegills and creek chubs and night crawlers
