you have 0 nitrates? the only way you could have 0 nitrates was if your tank was not cycled. and to have 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites along with 0 nitrates you would have to have ro water with nothing in it.

My test kit is getting old, I will retest tonight. I may have to pick up a nw kit this week.

With those water perams I doubt he's stressed out. He might be bullied while eating by the sa cats they're generally more aggressive eaters. But like I have said before sometimes they just stop eating for awhile nothings wrong they just stop eating for a few days. When mine did that sometimes he'd even come to the top and take his fillets like normal go back to the bottom and spit them out. So if it's not bullying it's prob just a hunger strike. You cOuld treat for paricites just to cover your bases

Well after testing 4 times tonigh with still the same params, I will be going out to purchasea new test kit...this one is a good 3-4 years old.

A Channel not eating sounds like an issue to me. Can't get mine to stop, lol.
I don't really know what could be wrong... everything sounds to be alright with the tank... Good luck with him, hope he eats something soon.
