Apologues, so used to talking in Gallons on this site. The tank is 8'Lx32"Wx24"H, I am guessing it's the width that caused the issues for you.

Yeah, next tank i get will be 30" wide atleast.

Tried payara a couple of years ago, they aren't fast enough for the tiger and when he charges they get tagged. I lost two tats that way. I don't think the tank is bid enough for an armatus which is a shame.

They would look cool.

The ATF was 4" dec 2008 and is now pushin 16". I have fed trout as the main part of the diet on a 2-3 day schedule with daily feeds of worms, pellets and the current favourite is dried mealworms supplied as bird food. They float and the byrcons love them aswell.

From an early stage he has been in a large tank given plenty of room to move around and exercise. I did have 2 but had to pass the otherone on as it was getting attacked constantly.
