Charcoal or Propane when grilling. Which one?

If you had to choose between which one which would you choose. Were a charcoal family here. Always have used charcoal always will. Seems around here only the city folk use propane and the country folks use charcoal. So are you city or country?

Already told the GF that were getting a charcoal grill. lol

but sometimes if im home alone and need to make something quick the propane is just easier and faster

and anytime i can i smoke stuff

There was a long thread with this same poll a while back.

I voted charcoal. I got rid of my gas grill a few years ago and got a big charcoal grill with a smoker box on the side of it. I love it. I will never go back to gas

LOVE the flavor charcoal gives...always had charcoal grills, though propane is a lot easier to control the temp!
