Used to be a monster fish keeper... now im a bait maker and monster croc ? hunter... Sometimes life takes a big dump on ya and u need to find another avenue to make your own way in. The day my wels was taken i started setting up my bait shop in place of where his tank was being built. Everything happens for a reason... Been a cple yrs now designing baits from scratch and trying to get them out there. Its been a great year for me to progress as the world ends ??... embrace it and move forward. Nabbed this proper croc a few weeks ago on my newest original design the “PikeShad”. She went 46”... the state record is 45” 22.5lbs... Dont think my girl was quite as heavy but she could have been. Being such a fish nerd id never go through the process of killing the fish just to get it registered. Always a quick video for evidence, rarely a measurement and no weighing. Wish i got some better documentation of her as pics never do a fish justice but it keeps the dream alive... Believe in monsters... make your own way...
