Be careful about the really cheap ammo like wolf (made in russia), tends to jam up guns, etc... I personally have had problems with Wolf in particular.

The reason some guns don't feed Wolf ammo well is because that particular company uses steel casings that are lacquer coated. Some guns can take it and some can't. I've never had any issues with it but I've only fired it through semi autos like my AR's, AK's and SKS. I've been forcing myself to buy good ammo lately with brass casings so I can reload it someday.

Thanks bud. Have you tried out the Brown Bear ammo that they sell?

I have some Brown Bear ammo but I've never shot it. It's basically the same stuff as Wolf (lacquer coated steel cased ammo).

+1 for cheaperthandirt.com

Ordered several items from them, good service, decent prices. Be careful about the really cheap ammo like wolf (made in russia), tends to jam up guns, etc... I personally have had problems with Wolf in particular.

Wolf is cheap but not bad ammo. iv fired upwards of 1000 rounds through my Wasr 10 (known as the crappy cheap ak) and had 1 jam. thats it. I fire the hollow points mainly, occasionally the FMJ. 1000 rounds and one jam from a supposedly crappy rifle and cheap ammo.:headbang2

PS if u check out the Wasr properly before buying it, its a great gun. threaded barrel, chrome lined barrel:headbang2 pretty good for a cheap rifle
