cheap fish foods

ok im runing out of money. my fish ae geting biger and bigger and eat a lot and i wanna know how to save money. i feed my fish krill bc it brings out red in alot of fish(but it cost alot), i feed worms(there are no worm in the desert so i haft to ship them and that gets to be alot of $) they dont seem to like pellots or beef heart. does anyone know of some cheaper food. im still gonna feed the krill and worm but just every other day. thanks for all the help

Look into market shrimp and fish fillet in your local supermarket.

maybe dog food because its high i protien but im not 100% sure so we'll see what other people think???

I saw a 1lb bad of frozen catfish nuggets for 99 cents at my local grocer.....

Try fish from the market,or maybe you can buy pellet wholesale

i had the same problem......i started buying big quanities of pellets......i just rotate that into the feeding scedule along with plankton, bloodworms, beefheat, and random flake.........

dog food usually wwill only be eaten by catfish and other bottom scavengers

look for trout chow it is cheap and very nutritious
