Cheap geckos in miami?

trust me i know theres plenty of geckos here....i have a big old monster house gecko in my shed in the back...i dont go in there anymore..

i want a leo becuase they are different in my opinion from a house gecko and i love the colors. :)

We have a tokay in area but havent seen it in few weeks hope he/she is okay

is a tokay goeck normal to see...makes me thinks if thats the monster that lives in my shed...i googled it and it looks like it a bit
 
I have lived here month over a year now and have only seen 1 Tokay .Same one I see as recognize its size and girth plus it comes out of same wall area.
It chases and eats house geckoes.

Its HUGE compared to house gecko. However as you know there are some big house geckoes .

The tokay gecko has color while as you know the house geckoes seem to come in mostly yellow and some bit darker mottled look.

I myself love geckoes . I know you dont like them but they eat blackwidow spiders and countless mosquito,etc. My wife is afraid of them also more like they gross her out.

If you do have a Tokay in your shed than congrats as in Asia it is said they bring good luck .This is just reg house gecko night pic I feed them wax worms lol but can't hand feed them just put it by wall ledge at night and they come eat them.

Why dont you take a drive up north to ben seigel or underground in deerfield beach, they have great prices for great looking geckos.
 
ewwwwww Louie, creepy. did u have to post a pic of the uly suckers lol. I was in nicaragua twice and i had to eat and sleep under what seemed lie hundreds of them all making the squaky noise. kinda lie the one a hunting tukery caller makes. BLAH!

and yah i was thinking of using ben seigel and go up there anyways to see is other stuf like a fire skink i saw on kingsnake. I hadnt seen him advertise alot of geckos though. thanks :)

When we first moved here there was an amazing Reptile pet store like 5 miles from me it had high quality snakes,lizards,amphibians and great prices for stock you find at reptile show thats how good his stuff was.

You might have been there as they had monitors also it was in Doral next to big golf store in little shopping center.

Guy went out of business in few months as simply no market here for reptiles. Its funny the huge amount of pet stores reptiles and fish in any area in NY but such a tiny selection in S.Florida.

Yet the weather here is certainly more pro reptile than NY .
