Cheap UV Sterilizer

looks awsome! how is the UV sterilizer hooked up to your filteration? i know bigger tanks have them hooked up to the sump.

The whole unit is the thing on the right hand side of my tank. It is just a powerhead that is hooked up to the uv sterilizer. Very little flow but I guess that's what is necessary to make it work right. Can't beat it for the price!

NICE!! i was just about to post which UV sterilizer to get for my tank since i have one of those built in wet/drys... this unit would be plug-n-play.

however I will only use this help fight/prevent possible parasites.

anyone else have this UV sterilizer from petsmart?
