A guy in our local club bought a 300 from Glasscages and it cracked in the back when it was a year old. I was very surprised that they replaced it. They might be trying to recover from a spotty reputation.
I have a 135 from Glass Cages running since last November. Im very happy with the tank. I know there are horror stories out there i hope i never have one of my own.
300 from glass cages. 4 years but 1 cracked back recently (happened after sliding it and moving it while redoing hardwood floors). I still highly recommend
I am pricing 300 gals and was suprised that the quotes from midwestcustoms (acrylic) were almost the same as the glass tank quotes. Op you ahould contact th as well. I thought the acrylic would cost more than glass but its very similar in price. Doesnt hurt to get a quote.
I was quoted on 3/4 acrylic all around for basically the same price as glass at 5/8 all around (3/4 bottom)
