why i dint want to repeat it because the op understands that it is not right to keep the aro in that small tank and he is planning to get a bigger tank soon..but i know what you are saying is also right

well....no comment thou....lol...he grows very fast.....trying so hard for me to get a new tank.....got one thou...but not sure how to move it...10ft..
 
Beautiful aro. I really hope you move him soon, since growing in a smaller tank where they can't move around properly can actually cause them internal (specifically bone growth/shape) issues.

And I really hope you're doing a lot of water changes, considering both those fish put off a lot of waste and stunting is probable otherwise.

Personally in such a small setup I would have went barebottom to save water volume and prevent waste buildup.

good you got a new tank..post some pics up of that monster 10 footer..you can use a clear plastic bag to move the aro but remember to double bag it..there are a few threads on how move big fish...just do a little search..

I think he meant moving it ten feet to another tank.
