It is not too easy, here the price of one legal are more than I can afford, in fact more tham most Brazilian hobbyst could afford...And illegals, well, are illegals...most collected and in bad health...
Here in Brazil the herp hobbystis have a lot of problems...most species are illegal (including all amphibians except Rana catesbiana, most Brazilians lizards, snakes and turtles, and all especies from other countries including the most populars like Corns, Kingsnakes...).
There are few reptiles legal species, I could remember only 6...
