Wow these are super cool fish. do you know of any place that sells them? I wouldn't mined picking up a few.
Depending on who you talk to, Astyanax maxicanus or the Mexican Tetra and the blind cave version are one in the same. I have read some literature that list them as two separate subspps. scientifically speaking, there are lots of things that make them an interesting spps. Monster fish speaking, they are very cool because they have lots of razor sharp (albeit small) teeth and can decimate much larger prey in much the same way Piranha do by ganging up on their victim and ripping it to shreadsBlackwaterFL;3367930; said:Astyanax maxicanus ................
