Just because they look different doesn't mean they hybridized :screwy:
 
By "controlled environment" do you mean that we should all rest easy knowing that these irresponsible creations of yours will never leave your tank OR does it mean that you have the misguided belief that you are doing something clever.
They are just hybrids, they are worthless and I hope no-one else will touch them.
There are more species of fish just in Lake Malawi than in all of Europe - surely there must be some that you like enough to keep the way they are. Why do you feel the need to make more?:cry:

Hybridization within the rift lakes is relatively rare. The diversity and species variations are the result of localized adaption and geographic isolation, and not hybridization (which explains why many species are only found in certain collection points rather throughout the entire lake).
