Yes it is mine and I have many others. This happened completely by accident; I have large Texas who is mean as all get out. My nieghbor had a fish that he picked up at a LFS that was just to nasty for his tank so he gave it to me. I put it into the tank with the Texas as he is fairly nasty as well and lo and behold after a few days of chasing and what not they laid eggs. The texas is male and the female is the fish I am trying to ID. She looks like a Midas or red devil hybrid, she is very red with some black smokey spoltches on her. When younger she had the black barring along her sides. This is all faded away now. Anyway I have used most of the fry as feeders and give aways to friends. I just had to save a few and grow them out for curiosity. Many of the fry have the classic Flower horn row of spots minus the Trimac style spot on its head.
