Can't be a flathead. The two Anal fins are too huge. This is a Amazon or Asian species

I agree that the pelvic fins (not anal which is a singular fin) appear large but this could be due to the angle and the fins' proximity to the camera... kind of like when you look at people sticking their nose close to a peephole - their nose would be bigger than their body
The large eyes throw me off too.
Yet, this is a mutant fish and mutations occur in bunches, so deviations from the norm other than coloration, can be easily expected.
