Looks more like a goldfish to me too, the belly is larger than normal but doesn't look like a fancy goldfish. I'm thinking it's a mix of a fancy and common. It's not uncommon for goldfish to reach that size since they max out at 2 feet and that one doesn't look like it's 2 feet yet, sadly most goldfish never get the environment they need to flourish as this one had.
