I bred him in my pond. I am from Singapore.

Very nice. Did you just bring your rays with when you came over then? Do you keep track of exactly what all the hybrids are, like a family tree?

We want to know more!! How many and what kind of rays do you keep/breed?

The papa is from Thailand, believed to be p14 Starry crossed with another ray as he looked like p14 starry yet not pure. Spots are the same, black base but spots are beign in colour.

The mama is henlei crossed with motoro.

So this ray has starry, henlei, motoro bloodline.

I am having another pure p13 pdr papa that has bred with 3 different mama rays; one henlei sp, one mantilla and one otorongo. All the pups produced by the same papa but with different mama look very different. I just called the pups "pdr sp".

Can we see pics of the Henlei/Motoro mom?

I'm sure most of us would be happy with any pics you have to offer on this very unique heritage of rays.....

Your pup is one of the most unique rays I have ever seen.

this ray pattern has marbling like when great stress has happend. like the pattern has melted.

very intrested to see what this ray is like in a few months with very good water condition and good food.

if its stays like this its a very unique pattern.

You mean "running" spots? They are not. My Ray has been with me for months in the tank of his own and eating very well.

well compairing the first picture posted to the second (your avatar pic) there looks to be an increasted amount of "running pattern".

the colour has faded and pattern has become more marbled/melted.

my pearls had this happen a few months ago. they still ate very well and never shwed a sighn of a problem only there pattern melted.

here is a pic, i suppose every one will say, wow unique pattern, or the nicest pearl ive ever seen lol but no its fooked up from stress.
