I still say its Xanthic and you should get it. You'll look back on it one day and regret not snagging it. If you can, give the LFS some money to hold it for you. In the meantime, check out Craigslist for a tank. Then you and your Xanthic Jag can take a road trip to Florida. Stop by St. Augustine, which is quite beautiful this time of year. Definitely a Xanthic Jag!!! You know it's a unique fish when I am seriously running scenerios through my head on how I can make it to New Jersey tonight, buy this fish, and be back in OH for work tomorrow...GET IT!!! If you decide you don't want down the road...You will have no problem rehoming it.

Maybe I can try and get it and take it to Aquascape or Shark Aquarium. Maybe they can ship it out to one of you guys. They're both like a 45 mins from my house.

I may regret never getting it, but I love my wolf fish and I don't wanna get rid of her. I also live in an apartment and really don't have room for another tank.
I just hope I don't see one for sale for thousands of dollars in the future that would be my only regret.
But as far as collecting I'd rather keep my wolf fish, even tho the jag is a one in a million, holy grail color.
I understand your predicament. You have to focus on the fish that you truly want to keep. Once you let everyone know where this Jag is I'm sure you'll see a thread about it this week.
