on a serious note, its a photoshopped image. Most likely by a graphic designer showing a client a concept for truck graphics. I do this all the time. It give the client a clearer vision of the final product.

i'd say fake becuase those africans don't get that big. however, i've personally seen trucks like that with large mouth bass, crappie and blue gills, and they do drive it around with the fish in it.
