Gross man. Whys it still on the plate with the rest of your meal that appears to be eaten in the near future?!

Haha I thought it was just a weird shaped one so I saved it for last and came about 2 inches from taking a bite of chicken brains. I wasn't sure how common it is to find a head because I never buy frozen wings but its made by a major west coast poultry manufacturer and their consumer affairs office is 15 mins from my house... I mean it's still part of the chicken but aren't there FDA rules against this kind of thing?
