Check your wings (Don't read while eating)

Dang that's a lot of wings in 5 years! And you've never seen a head... I just figured maybe there was a random part accidentally mixed in with every few thousand wings or something lol. There's only one other story on google of someone supposedly finding a chicken head in some Mcnuggets and it was on the national news so maybe this is a bigger deal than I thought.
What would there be to sue over tho? The only way I see them paying anything is for not reporting them to the FDA or news (especially during their biggest weekend of the year). If I reported them the FDA would probably just impose tighter restrictions but that might be a good thing if heads are getting past inspectors, not to mention a recent salmonella outbreak that caused a nationwide recall (although this company is also the biggest employer within an hour of my city - which has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country).
So do I report them or just let them know on monday and get a refund?
What's so scary about a chicken head? Lol even if it was cooked with my food I still wouldn't mind eating the other pieces. No big deal really...

You need to save the bag or packaging it came in so they can identify the lot #!
BTW "take a bite of it," and maybe get ill from food poisoning and go to your local ER with the piece of chicken...then my friend you have a solid case of commercial food negligence that's documented.. the only way you will win some dinero, as your lawyer I advise you to do the above because YOU STILL DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS AND IT LOOKS LIKE A WING, SO YOU DIDN'T WANT TO WASTE IT!
Believe me on the packaging it may say INGREDIENTS: mechanically separated chicken parts but certainly not a head! In all honesty you won the food poisoning lottery and stand to make money, weather or not you think its "ethical" is up to you but if the company is a major game processing factory I would gamble they kill their animals inhumane & deserve a slap for this slip up!
Remember who your lawyer is! Ill reduce my rates too 25% if you get pothos and feed NLS! 15% if you get an fx5 too

wow... it's really no big deal.. i guess thats becuz I'm Asian and we eat whole chickens, i just break the skull and eat the brain, it's delicious. There are several worse things. Small mistakes are bound to happen. You won't get sick or hurt. Btw, open it up!!!!!!!!!
BINGO!!....nope,nice try but that's no head and that clearly is a piece of bone,not a beak.just take a break from posting about it and cut the skin and meat off already,then eat it,feed it to your cat or whatever...just don't give it to your fish.
I had a 2nd look at the last picture, and it does look like a chicken head. They may have a special buy a bag of wing get a free head. Lol

I did think it was a head for a min but obviously cut off the skin to check (after dropping it hella fast and taking those pics lol).
