JD, idc who you are, if you find an alien object in sealed food (especially something like monster, where it would be decaying in the carbonation) and you can afford the initial lawyering up, you'd do it. Anyone would. Unless, like I said it was an honest mistake from a local place

I also want to point out that people should remember we have this luxury in America. So the next time people complain they can remember they do not live in some crappy place where you have no rights and the food is filthy with absolutely no FDA.

Actually I was just really bored waiting on a client and thought it would be funny after hearing the reaction from my gf and her fb friends. Most of the things I posted were crap they said but if u think my posts are too long to be a troll thread go read how long my usual posts are. I already admitted I really did think it was a head, but do u really think I wouldn't take a closer look before posting about it... or would I post on a public forum before talking to a lawyer about it? I have an advanced degree in finance and run my own business so I cant be that much of an idiot. I just don't eat wings very often lol

And btw, the food standards in developing countries has nothing to do with holding businesses accountable to regulations in the US

I personally don't agree with this logic.
we DO live in America where we have expectations and standards.. its not our fault some other countries don't.

Companies hold themselves to a certain standard aswell with promises and guarantees on quality products. when they break that promise its expected that they pay a consequence...otherwise what's the point of a guarantee. bringing up other countries eating dirty food and getting sick because of it has no real place in the debate.

that being said...america is "sue happy" like the mcdonalds coffee incident - THAT was dumb and ridiculous...but if i drank a monster that a mouse crawled into during the bottling process..best believe I'm going to raise hell. Not only is it gross but could affect my health.

i don't get the "suck it up...it could be Africa" argument.

We've got em all here...Lincoln,Kennedy,and Crown was the first to pop up a few years ago.... Interesting food take out places to say the least.
