^ I brought that one up, personally it comes down to 2 things
A. If its a big big buisness like Tyson or monster, they are getting sued. IDC if I would eat it or not big corporations screw everything over
B. If its a mom and pop shop kinda a deal I always let it slide. No way am I suing a local business unless the owner straight up doesn't care about a turd in my food or something
JD, idc who you are, if you find an alien object in sealed food (especially something like monster, where it would be decaying in the carbonation) and you can afford the initial lawyering up, you'd do it. Anyone would. Unless, like I said it was an honest mistake from a local place

I also want to point out that people should remember we have this luxury in America. So the next time people complain they can remember they do not live in some crappy place where you have no rights and the food is filthy with absolutely no FDA.
