Should I personally Soak her or just Always keep some warm water in there?
Also, For like a Hiding spot what is the best thing you think? I just have a Box with some insulation

A big peace of cork is good. As for soaking you can do both. Just make shure the water is very shallow

Other tortoises Yes but only other red foods or yellow foots in a very large terrarium. Any animal you introduce to a extablished group must be quarentinazed for at least 6 moths before introducing
