too bad you cant ship the shotgun my bros been looking fo a 10 guage to replace the 12 gauge mossberg 500 he broke. (long story but barrel exploded on our last duck hunting trip, no one hurt though)

Wow. Was there an obstruction in the barrel?

I actually wouldn't have a problem shipping the gun, I'm just unsure of what I would need to do to make sure it was all legal.

if you can ship it through a liciesnd firearm dealer like a gun shop and buyer pays transfer fee then it should be legal.
