His "Stance" on same-sex marriages probably runs a little bit deeper than that. I believe it's more that just a stance. I know that CEO's don't hire store employees, but in the early days of Chick-Fil-A, I'm sure he hired many store employees. I could be wrong, but I think that if he were hiring a store employee whom he was impressed with and he came to suddenly know that the job applicant was ***, he'd discriminate and not hire that person. And, no one would ever know. That's the problem with discrimination. It's usually subtle and goes by unnoticed.
