Colors of my peacock bass are starting to come out vibrantly. If anyone could help me ID this fish.

Also, does this fish appear to be a male or female? Or is there any way to tell?

Looks mono/ocell to me. Most certain way to tell male/female is to look at the shape of the vent. I wouldn't stress the fish out trying to find this out unless you're planning on doing breeding.

Ok, thanks, and since im not planning on breeding I will not cause unnecessary stress to tell if male/female

Well, if you ever happen to move tanks, you could always just check then since you'd be handling the fish anyway. Keep us updated with more pics.
