Yeah, with Aussie herps being all CB, I keep forgetting about the old days when they were imported. That makes a lot of sense though. I have seen some of the carpet mixups (and purposeful hybrids) firsthand, and I'm not a fan of it. Because then these mutts get sold as pure. Nothing against mutts! But if youre going to sell mixed animals, I wish people would label them as such.

Not to mention some important changes to the taxa were not made until the '80s or early '90s. Hell, even as late as the '00s.
