I am working on how to scape it, I got the water clear now though. It's difficult to scape without going ugky barebottom and not take away from ray space :(

big fan of driftwood, but wasting valuable space with that. Love the pothos though. Most scaping ill do is sand n thats it. I also have a VATF, n with him decorations n him bumping into it can be a disaster.

I have some decent manz pieces I could hang, but rays aren't nearly as delicate with rocks and driftwood as I thought. The most annoying part is that my fem black tries to water blast it all.

Woefulrelic Woefulrelic what's the growth rate on those sevrums? I just picked up one of thee red/golds ones.

I've had that severum for a year or so. I got it at the same time as the reds, and they have grown way more than the little tapajos lady. I haven't given it the space and time to catch it up though. I find that they are highly variable, with dier being a big factor. I have experienced this in tapajos, inirida and arupins (spelling?) So I think that if they are babied they will do well but in a community some will thrive much more than others. This is way different from geos for example in my experience, who grow in a similar fashion ime.

Sweet. Mine is in a grow out tank for now with one other fish so I'm guessing he'll grow fairly well with all the water changes and abundant feedings.

Red and gold are a bit different, from an identification point. They will do well for sure, my experience in an almost exclusively severum community is that the smaller ones almost eat more reserved than the larger growing ones. With my most recent pickup, the arupins, they dominant male has seriously explosive growth, but they were my first CB hero's.
