My old bambusa was tame to, probably because i moved him so much. At one point he was in a 60gal for a couple of weeks & half the size of the tank yet he was very calm and rarely smashed into the tank only when i scrub the algae. Only problem i had was not able to get them off live, they would launch themselves at the smelts but never swallow. One of the best fish i ever owned, they are much more enjoyable in a tank if you have one big enough. More agile then the atf, twice as aggressive during feeding, they would be able to get any bait hiding in any crack or hole they can fit in. Like cross between the atf & a Eel  a supreme fw predator. Thank you Wes, for giving me the opportunity to own some of these.
