Picked up a 2.5" Chocolate and a 5" Uaru last night. I'm wandering how fast they grow. I'm hoping to have the Chocolate at 4" and the Uaru at 6" by mid-late January.

Basing it upon my experience with both species, chocs grow sustantially quicker than uaru. Your choc, if eating well should be at 4" by the end of jan.
I'd be surprised if your uaru could put on an inch in the same time span.

Your Uaru will probably hit 6" by mid January but the growth slows right down after they hit 6" IME.
I have both and if both are eating well they can put on an inch a month,my uaru made it to a foot in a year from 3 inches(not quite a inch a month but close)my chocalates varied the males seem to grow way faster than the females.
