Yep,

We are a port city, so we have ton's of gecko's. While they are non native invasives, I don't know of any ill effects of having them around. They are great at insect control.

I find them only a major plus as they certainly dont compete with native day anoles and eat LOADS of mosquitos.

 man i want one of those geckos, my next project get a gecko :D

If you ever get down this way, you could catch them by the pound at my house. They are good skeeter eaters. I caught another little gecko tonight and my fish devoured it instantly.

Years ago I had an oscar that I would feed great big green anole's to.

BTW. I haven't used pesticides around my yard in years, otherwise I wouldn't feed my fish the critters from around the porch light, gecko's included.

i know polypterus aren't native but i found a gecko outside, and i fed it to my polypterus endlicheri it was epic. But i also kinda want a gecko too

There are so much cooler geckos than those little guys though. In a few years when i have a more permanent residence of my own, I really want to build my gecko collection back up
