Choose between Wolf and Jaguar

I've had both, and love them both. But I love how smart the Dovii is. Both beautiful fish, though!

I thought a lot of guys would choose the wolf as it is the strongest one. Looks come the first though.

ok you dont need a 300 gallon tank for a dovii i have seen a breeding pair in a 90 and the male was 20''+ and the female was 13''+. as for what one you want they are both the same animal in different bodys. both will rearrange the tank how they feel. so just choose the one that you think looks the best. i have both and for my opinion on what one i like better i have to go with the dovii for sure. if you think that the male dovii get to big go with a female they have better color anyways IMO

I agree with brandon

you do not need a 300 gallon for a dovii... a 180 gallon should be bare minimum for an adult male dovii or a pair of dovii. you could keep a dovii in the 120 for a while but make sure that you have future tank plans for the dovii. if not then a male jag or a jag pair can live in the 120 for life
