my female is about a year old and about 8inch, male i got at 8inch so i'd estimate around 2 years. i'll let you know when they're ready if you havent already found one!-)
ive got a few to ship out and rehome so im happy to wait, i like some colour to my fish so dont fancy taking the gamble for buying on from my lfs and waiting 2 years to have a plain white one.
well its about a 3hr drive if you wanted to collect sooner, dont think its worth the risk posting until they're 4cm or so. i'll be in touch, just putting them on aquarist classifieds.
