3 years in january. Assuming we don't move to Iowa I will save most of my income tax for an engagement ring.

I've done that before. Might be a good idea.

Her family is from iowa. That's where she was "out of town " to...on vacation visiting family. We've been trying to get jobs there, but when they see the Ohio address they never even call. Were talking about warehouse jobs too...general labor. Nothing. So only other way is to save our income taxes...easily 2k and move in with her brother who hardly uses his house that was built for him. We would have to start from scratch though. No vacation...no benefits for her (I still can be under my parents technically). It's a tough decision...but other wise it may be years or never before we can move there.

I say we just go for it. Literally...YOLO. lol. I think things happen for a reason and who knows we could be making double the money a year from moving.
