Christmas presents FOR your fish

Anyone else get Christmas presents for your fish?

To be clear, I don't mean fish-related Christmas presents for yourself, I mean presents for the fish you already have.

I got mine a bunch of live blackworms. They absolutely go bananas for them, but they're cost prohibitive for a normal thing - hence a present

Since im still young enough to receive presents from my parents and family, my "wish list" is all fish stuff. This year I asked for a big bottle of Prime, a bunch of plants, those underwater gallery cichlid stones, more filter media, and all my little cousins went out to local lakes and streams to collect driftwood and rocks which I will make sure is fish safe. My fish have taken over my life 1000%

I got myself a bumer group of blue eye rainbows and semi-rare catfish for my xmas present. They're getting lots of brine shrimp, fresh!

Cool! These are a lot smaller and more manageable than amphs, but goodness they're busy at night.

Ever get them freeze dried blackworms?

I got two dozen red wigglers last night, chopped them up and distributed them to my 3 tanks. They dont get live very much so it was a treat.

I'm upgrading my tank (going from 40b to a 75) and filters for my fishes Christmas present. I'll probably get them some new tank mates as well.

I'm going to feed some of my fish live bloodworms, and I might do some water changes if I'm not too lazy.

Merry Fishmas everyone! Today I ended up "rescaping" my 125 with the new caves, stones, and wood, got NLS and Northfin veggie pellets 1mm and an auto feeder to help promote some growth all my new fish. Hope everyone has had an amazing day!
