Christmas songs

I am typically sick to death of Christmas music by the time December rolls around, after hearing it since the day after Hallowe'en in some cases. My inner Grinch bubbles up and I spend the last couple weeks before the actual day simply suppressing the urge to choke the life out of the next jolly jerk who wishes me well. :irked:

This year, Covid has saved me from the horror of shopping with my wife, so I haven't OD'd on the stuff and can actually enjoy it. I recently heard some traditional Christmas tunes as rendered by a group called the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Amazing and beautiful, very dramatic; I loved it.

I liked the way you started off all grumpy and humbug like, and then transformed into a jolly old father Christmas type character, lol.

Yeah, the Trans-Siberian Orchestra songs are amazing! Their carol of the bells is probably the best rendition out there.

Don't get too comfy...I still have three days to revert to form...:)

All it would take would be, for example...a Christmas ringtone...:)

Not to familiar with the new or old singers. definitely like the older stuff tho.

The older I get, the more and more this becomes my favorite Christmas song. It's such a jam.

Other ones I enjoy:
Sleigh Ride (orchestral version). Rocking around the Christmas tree, and Dave Melillo's "All I want for Christmas." I can't do the Mariah Carey version.

I can’t stand the Mariah Carey version either. Way too overplayed so I’m sick of it now.
