Yours are orange chromides, Etroplus maculatus. They max out at only 3 inches. Where they occur w/ green chromides, they are known to have at semi-symbiotic relationship, with the smaller orange chromides cleaning parasites off of the larger green chromides. Here's the fishbase info for them:
