Chronic skin ulcer/open red sore

Well, bad news. So far i have thrown everything at this fish and red sores keep coming back, now with cloudy eye as well.

I have tried:
Aquarium Salt
Melafix
Furan 2
Triple Sulfa

He heals up well for a few weeks and then it suddenly comes back, this time with cloudy eye as well. I dont know what else to do? Maracyn 2? Maracyn Plus? I am totally stumped!

Every time the sores come back, they are in different spots. And why is it coming back with cloudy eye now? Whatever this fish has, its very bad.

Out of desperation I tried Jungle Fungus Cure Tank Buddies. So far looks promising.
