Love these guys, got a young 'pair' of Chuco micropthalmus that I got from Rapps. Amazing fish, not overly aggressive, colorful from the start and keeps getting better, and grow largish. Absolutely not picky at all about what they eat, although I am giving them more veggie based diets just to be safe.

Anywho. . .enjoy!!!

Not very big, around 4 to 5" I imagine. Haven't really caught them and measured them in quite a while. Its crazy how much color they show at such a young age. Can't imagine them as adults. Its amazing how THICK they are though. These guys are beef cakes.

I don't know that much about them. How big do they get? Great colors awsome looking fish. GL with them.

Very nice one. They are a very beautiful sp. I think the veggie diet is a good idea.

I've never kept C. micro but the pair of C. godmanni that I kept got close to a foot (at least the male).

I am also thinking of picking some of these up form him. They are very nice looking and are a species i have never kept to date
